Our CAD (Computer Aided Design) services cover a wide range of needs, from cleaning up existing plans to creating fresh, accurate drawings that you can rely on.
Plans from Plans
Why reinvent the wheel? If you already have drawings that are accurate but not quite what you need, we can import them into CAD, trace over them, and produce a clean new set. These can be used for lease registration, design planning, or even (if you must) paper airplanes.
Note: the new drawings will only be as accurate as the originals — cleaner and nicer, yes, but not magically more precise. We’re good, but not that good!
Area Calculations from Plans
Working with developers, we can calculate areas directly from architects’ CAD files and present them in the format you need — whether GEA, GIA, NIA, or IPMS. This helps establish proposed property areas for off-plan sales. We’ll prepare area schedules with clear reference plans so everything lines up.
Space Planning
With years of experience in the office fit-out sector, we work with companies to provide space planning services. Using either existing plans or new survey data, we’ll create floor plans showing how everything fits into the space (and sometimes how it doesn’t — sadly, not every office is a Tardis!).
Marketing Plans
If you’re selling or renting out a property, a clear and attractive floor plan can make all the difference. We can create marketing-ready plans either from drawings you supply or from a fresh survey we carry out.
