Using the latest digital measuring technologies we are able to plot the existing footplate of any property, providing every facet of the building occupation process - landlords, agents, occupiers, fit-out & facilities companies - with reliable and cost effective building information, essential for managing your assets.
This information is then supplied to you in either PDF, AutoCAD or hard copy, so that whether you have a PC or not you will be able to view it. Other formats available upon request – additional charges may apply.
As there is no end to the size and complexity of buildings in the UK it's difficult to provide definitive costs for producing floor plans. Properties above 300sqm are priced individually depending on complexity, number of floors, etc. The examples below are to be used as a guide only.
Minimum fee £240
Typical flats up to 65sqm £240
Typical lock-up shop or office up to 100sqm £300
A basic rule of thumb for properties over 300sqm is £1 per sqm
